I've a simple form that has been locked down to 1 user via a group / member in my organisation, and although it isn't an issue regarding the form's functionality, I would rather that the user name and associated ArcGIS Online links weren't available on the web form header (-as per attached image). Is there a way to suppress this text and link-popup via the web application ?
