Include Monitor in ArcGIS Server licensing at a minimum size

Once customers reach a certain scale of Enterprise licensing; ArcGIS Monitor should be included to ensure the stability of the platform. As ESRI can and does use the information that is generated from the system when doing various collaborations with customers under EA engagements.

It would be a fantastic way to ensure the visibility of ESRI ensuring their Enterprise customers are best looked out for and supported.

Yes, that's a great suggestion.

@PaulGiroux1 the draw back there is not every organization fits or can afford a ELA; so maybe that is just a alternate path to it.

ELA - Provided

Non-ELA - More than 12 Cores or # of Licensed Creator Users etc

+1... in fact my assertion is that ArcGIS Monitor licenses needs to be covered by Enterprise License Agreements regardless of cores, number of servers, etc.
