gtkwebgis5 download site not accessible

I recently purchased the "Getting to Know Web GIS, Fifth edition" book. The tutorial data and other resources download page given in the preface of the book https://www.go.esri.com/gtkwebgis5 is not reachable. It comes up with a "This site can’t be reached" message. Any solutions?

Try the short url exactly as written, go.esri.com/gtkwebgis5. 

That should do the trick.
