ArcGIS Pro Personal Use License?

Question

Hi All - I just purchased a Personal Use License ($100). I've installed ArcGIS Pro and when I try to sign in, I get an error message saying that my account "could not be used to authorize ArcGIS Pro because it is an ArcGIS Public Account." Does that mean that ArcGIS Pro is not available for Personal Use Licenses??
