Date equals today ArcGIS Pro

I am trying to get all the Fire Incidents that occurred today.

dispatch_date = CURRENT_DATE()

Does not work in ArcGIS Pro. What am I doing wrong here?

In SQL this works dispatch_date >= CONVERT(date, GETDATE())

dispatch_date is on or after CURRENT_DATE()
