Layer List Item Toggle off by default

Hi,

Using the ArcGIS js API v4.25, I am having difficulty figuring out how to set a layer list items toggle to be turned off by default.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

If you set the layer's visible property to false, it will be toggled off in the Layer List.
