So I was struggling with this issue for a long time today. If you don't input the parameter of geometry_property as just a list instead of a list inside of a list the process fails and gives no error. Thought it would be better for it to raise an exception of invalid parameters than just failing silently and then the user having to figure it out for themselves what of possibly six parameters is not right or if there is some other problem going on.
Additionally the documentation here says that 'AREA' is an acceptable parameter input but I get errors that it is invalid when used and needed to switch to 'AREA_US'
