Unable to open GeoEvent Server Manager

I've installed GeoEvent Server 10.9.1 and tried to open GeoEvent Server Manager https://domain:6143/geoevent/manager/

It redirects to ArcGIS Server Manager site. Tried to login with server manager credentials and encountered with following errors.

I'm not quite sure if I missed something here.

Any ideas?
