Webapp with tabs per theme for displaying data from feature layer

I have a feature layer with data that is devided into a number of themes (an attribute, eg: Summer, Winter, etc). What I'm looking for is a solution on displaying features per theme. Kind of like the Curated list of places as shown here: https://storymaps-classic.arcgis.com/en/app-list/

However that gives me the option to create 'posts' myself. What I want is that per theme there is a tab, and per tab the features having that theme are shown. 

I don't really care what it is created with, a webapp, storymap or a shortlist/map. For some reason I can't find anything online on how to create such a thing. 

Does anyone know if something like this can be done?
