Existing ArcGIS Pro hyperlinks to a .bat file not working

Hi,

We have recently upgraded ArcGIS Pro from 2.8.8 to 2.9.5 and as a result have found that our popup hyperlinks are no longer working to open a windows .bat file. We have a similar hyperlink configured that opens a .pdf file and that works just fine. I have updated the list of supported file extensions to include ".bat" in the Pro settings. We even tried upgrading to 3.0.3, but they are still not working. Is there something else we should be trying?
