I have published a new survey and when sublet response I can see them on data section it is blank . if export to excel all data available what am I doing wrong?

To help isolate the issue, may you publish a test duplicate survey and confirm if the issue still occurs.
If it does, may you confirm if you are using the web designer or Survey123 Connect?

Thanks sorted out it was the day when survey123 behaved strangely published it next day all worked well
