Hub site gives error when trying to create a new page

Hi everyone. When trying to create a new page in my hub site I get an error after clicking next. Do you think this could be related to permissions? Thanks for your help, Heather

I've just noticed that the hub pages are being created, their titles just aren't appearing in the header
