ArcGIS Pro Map Series - Layout editing

Question

Hi,

I am working to streamline mapping process using ArcGIS Pro (ver. 2.8) using map series. We have parcel records (different UTM Zones) to produce each map on it using our standard map template in UTM Zone. One of manual editing we are doing before produce PDF map(s) is manually insert coordinate table for each parcel and re-project to specific UTM Zone.

As Pro can manage multiple layouts (through mapseries), I want to ask how this can be done for each layout? for example I have now 50 layout, but need to insert manually coordinate table (.jpg file) and re-project map into specific UTM Zone where parcel falls.

When you create a map series you have the option to set map properties such as rotation and spatial reference. In order to do this you need to have fields in the index layer that are appropriate. This information is provided in the help topic I mentioned (and linked to) above.

Can you explain this further "Map Series can be used to update the spatial reference (UTM zone) of the map. You can use different spatial references for different pages in the map series based on a field in the index layer."

My scenario:

I have index map (polygon) crossing two different UTM Zone. This index map is used to assign work for Cartographers. When they received parcels (it could be more than 50 parcels/day), they need to prepare final map in specific UTM Zones.
