Report count features that have a certain value

Question

I am trying to create a report that gives me a count for the number of features that have a certain value. Right now it just gives me a total count, and I want it to only give me a count of the features that have a value of 'Yes'. In the table you can see that I have 4 lawn boxes that do not have a ground rod installed. Underneath the statistics though it makes it seem like there are 4 rods installed.

Esri, this seems like it should be a basic function of reports, especially for fields with a yes/no domain. Is there any plan to allow a filter on counts?

If this is for a stand alone text box in a map layout, you can use Dynamic Text Table Statistics to return a count of a feature where field (green box) = yes (orange box)
