Change labeling of all unique values

To edit the symbol class label, i have to click the label in the Label column and type a new label. Is there a opportunitie to change the label of all unique values?

I want to put the abbreviation first, then a double dot ":", and then the spelled out word. Currently, instead of the double dot, there is a comma. I would like to replace the comma with a double dot for all individual values. Is this possible?

 

That would save me a lot of time! 🙂

The Arcade Expression button wasn't available first, because i already added a second field.
