Use the Explore tool at a position without features — to get/copy coordinates

Question

As a new ArcGIS Pro user, it seems like I should be able to use the Explore tool to get/copy the mouse pointer's current coordinates — at a position in the map that doesn't have features.

In other words, identify on a blank map or on the basemap to get the coordinates.

There are likely several different ways to get the coordinates of the mouse pointer. But as mentioned, as a new user, it seems unintuitive that I can't do it this specific way.

won't work, but it already exists so it would get closed as an idea, and it would be the right answer to a question, so you can close it
