Please add the ability to place labels above, below, or on the center of a line within the map viewer. If above or below, provide the option to specify a distance.

Thanks for the feedback. We do have plans in the 4.x JSAPI to add more placement options for line labeling which will then feed into Map Viewer and other web apps.
