Map Series + Table + Dynamic Formatting

Heyas!

I'm noodling on an idea for a map series where a table has different formatting based on the value of the cell -- something super simple like if the value is No, make the background a different color ... 

Is this possible?  it seems like it could be, maybe with arcade?, but i'm not sure where to start ...

We don't support this in current versions of ArcGIS Pro with table frames. You'd have to highlight the table yourself with graphics, which probably won't work well for a map series. However, I think there are versions of this idea (or related ideas) on the Ideas site you can upvote for consideration in a future release of Pro.
