Storymap Journal with section link not opening in correct section

Question

I'm working on a story map and trying to let people link to specific sections of it externally. Based on this article I'm adding the &sec=<num>  to the end of the url to create links to specific sections. However, the link I create to the third section https://montva-gis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapJournal/index.html?appid=b07e7d63fc064898a16db81bf241f3a9&section=3  instead takes you to a not fully loaded version of section 2.

That seems to be working OK for me: it takes me to the third section of the Map Journal. Do let me know if that isn't working for you. There are some known issues with jumping to sections towards the end of Map Journals, especially ones where the sections are very short, but I don't think that applies to your Journal.
