I manually added this basemap to my map, as shown above. When I right-click the World Street Map layer, the 'Save As Layer File' command is disabled. Does anyone know if (and how) I can enable this command?
After performing these steps, I was able to save the World Street Map to a layer file:
Add https://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services to Catalog > Drag and drop "World StreetMap" to Table of Content.
