Use [a] and [d] keys to add/delete vertices on layout elements

These keys work for editing vertices in feature edits; would be nice to have the same shortcuts in layout.

This is now available with keyboard shortcuts in ArcGIS Pro 3.2

@AubriOtis are they the default, though? It's a lot of work to have to go set that on each and every machine you use...
