Error: Create Association Records

Hello everyone,

I have recently started working with utilities network. 

I am curently trying to populate the B_Association table in asset package with the help of Create Association Records GP Tool. Its input is an asset package (AP) and I am using the AP that I received after FME (after the migration is completed). This AP also consists of Rules. 

I am getting a python error. 

Am I supposed to use some other asset package? Is there any other way to fill the B_Association Table in an assetpackage? 

It would be great help.
