Organization member unable to save maps

Hey everyone,

One of the members in my organization is unable to save maps on ArcGIS Online. I've granted them all permissions, and they are still unable. They are also unable to save new maps that they have created. They have the Editor license if that's at all helpful.

Do you have any suggestions?

Editors can view and edit data in maps and apps. However, editors can't create or share items or data. See User types, roles, and privileges.

To be sure, I just tested this with one of the members in my organization and verified that Editor user types cannot save maps.
