Save "Maritime Display Properties" as lyrx in ArcGIS Pro 3.0?

In ArcGIS Pro 3.0, is it possible to save a specific "style" set in Maritime Display Properties to a LYRX?

This way the user could pick various Chart Styles specific for US, UKHO or other styles from a library of LYRX's
