I have a survey created, which I want the data from the survey to be populated in a Microsoft access database.
I will be very glad if someone can me do that.

Survey123 can only work with ArcGIS Feature Services and cannot point directly to a Microsoft access database.
Depending on if you are using ArcGIS Online or Enterprise you may either need a Python script that copies the data from your feature service to your Access database, or switch to using a SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL database registered with ArcGIS Enterprise.

I too would like to have Survey123 and Microsoft Access work together- but I don't know much about having a python script help bridge that divide. Could you provide more details on this? Any further info would be greatly appreciated!
