Add ArcGIS Pro to Supported Applications of 3D Connexion

Hi,

I've got a 3D Connexion Space Mouse and whilst it works great with ArcGIS Pro even without support, there are a lot of opportunities to make this even better.

I see that ArcGIS Urban is officially supported so it isn't like some of you haven't made a start.
