Would it be possible to create an editable web map for users to add data to an existing point? For example, I have ten sample site locations (point feature class), where data is collected from each site weekly. Therefore I wouldn't want the user entering data to place a point on the sample site, but add a record to the point to enter their data. The web map environment will be with ArcGIS Online. All thoughts welcomed! Thank you!
