ArcGIS World Geocoder issues

Hi everyone,

Around the end of last week I started having issues accessing the ESRI World Geocoding service. Some of my public apps are now asking users to sign in for access. Is this something that ESRI has recently disabled or perhaps there is a new URL to the REST endpoint that I am not aware of?
