Can I select a portal content category when publishing a service from ArcGIS Pro?

I'm starting to use categories for organizing our enterprise portal content and was trying to see if they could be selected when publishing a service. ArcGIS Pro's catalog sees the portal categories when searching for data but I don't believe I can specify them when publishing. I still only see tags in the Share as Web Layer dialog box.
