Survey123 Connect - Unable to update survey

Has anyone experienced this error before?

I updated one of my surveys a few weeks ago without any problems but ran into the error below when trying to update the same survey today.

@MarkEastwood The same error is being reported in another thread: Error converting XLSForm [Errno 2].

The suggestion is to clear up bloat in the xlsx file
