Can't see instance name and readonly questions in inbox forms

Greetings to everyone,

I am trying to fill Survey123 Forms by loading inbox data which contain geoshape and questions filled in ArcGIS Pro and should appear as readonly and answers can't be seen. When I see the inbox I can't see the instance name. How can I fix this?
