Populate related table from Survey123 feature service

Hello,

I have a feature layer and a table which are related. When I input a survey the GUID matches the Global ID from the parent layer as it should. But when I am in Survey123 connect and publish, I get the error "field GUID in CCICSurvey case does not match guid".  I am not sure what that means since it does work.  Any help is appreciated. Hello @Anonymous User, 

If you check the Fields tab for the layer in your organization the question name in the XLSForm will need to match the field name.
