Currently, I have a utility network and I am using ArcGIS Pro to create connectivity association among features. How can I do so by python scripts? Thx.
From bouncing around the documentation, it looks like you can piece something together once the utility network is created. As noted in the docs for connectivity association, you can use Import Associations (needs a csv of connected features) or through attribute rules. If these don't provide anything useful, you can post a request in the ideas forum.
