I wonder if it is possible to save a dashboard template to be used with other maps and to be able to share this template with colleagues.

With the October 2025 release of ArcGIS Dashboards, the ability to swap data sources is now available through the new data sources panel.

I agree, the ability to save an existing dashboard with a new map is a must.

Hi @Hala_Ghareeb ,

Maybe create a dashboard called "xyz Template" and design the outline of your dashboard. Then, you can use "Save As" to generate a new dashboard every time you need it? Or I will use other existing dashboard with "Save As".

May not be ideal, and you may still not have permission to share with your colleagues.
