2021 StatsCan Census Data

Hello,

I am trying to use the Canadian 2021 Census Data. However, I cannot get the population data to join to the shapefile of census dissemination areas. It seems the csv of population data is too large for ArcPro to manage, as when I try to apply geoprocessing tools to it, it is stuck at "pending".

Has anyone been working with this data set who could give me some advice?
