How to collect a percentage breakdown for several classes?

Hi, 

I would appreciate help with how to use Survey123 connect to collect information on the percentage breakdown for an organization's annual revenue and expenses and then be able to display that information in a pie chart. Happy to use an alternate approach to percentages, such as actual dollar estimates, but would appreciate some advice on how to combine this breakdown into a single question that would translate well to a pie chart.  

For example:

Question 1: What is your average annual revenue?

Question 2: What percent of your revenue derives from:

• Grants
• Services
• Sales
• Rentals and Leases
• Investments

Question 3: What is your average total expense each year?

Question 4: What percent of your expenses derives from:

• Payroll
• Rent
• Services
• Equipment
• Electricity
• Heat
• Office Supplies
• Food
• Other

You aren't going to able to construct a combined question that will provide all that information. There are 20+ distinct pieces of information that need to be collected in there.

The best you are going  to be able to manage is to put all 20+ questions on a single page, but each question will still need to be answered individually (or default to a value).

Once you have the answers, the information will be perfectly amenable to representation as a graph. All you need to do is extract the values and graph them.
