I have created a new survey from the existing survey. Now I tried to update it but can't and the system has not allowed me to amend the survey. Can someone advise do I need to update the original survey before updating the copied version?
Good afternoon I do not know if it will help you, in my case I have several surveys created from the same service and it does not give me problems when updating the survey, it may be another reason.
When I have not been able to update it is almost always because the survey has data, has repetitions and when you create new fields or modify existing fields, the survey does not update.
