Map viewer reading wrong extent parameters...

I have this orthophoto published on our hub site:

https://stridata-si.opendata.arcgis.com/maps/sherman-20cm-may-18th-2021-orthophoto

When you open the map viewer, the viewer opens to the full extent and is not reading the defined extent on the published layer. If you open the same layer on the new map viewer, the extents works just fine, like in here:

How can I fix this issue when opening the images? my users get lost not knowing where the image is located.
