I get the follow error when loging into AGOL from Adobe CC:
"Access to this application has been blocked. Please contact your administrator."
Has anyone seen this error before?

Could you please verify with your IT or GIS admin if they might have configured this setting? The link above will guide you to an admin help page for managing blocked apps. Only org admins have permissions to make changes to this setting. I hope this helps. Let us know if this isn't the case for your ArcGIS org, we might need to investigate further.
