I have created an account on my esri and currently accesing free courses. To continue the course i need ArcGIS Pro but I am not able to download and instlall it, I have tried everything but it is not going in my favour. I have't connected to my organisation because it is an individual account and i dont know what is my organisation. I have requested for liscensing from request for liscence tab and filled organisation name as My esri but haven't received any mail regarding permission exept confirmation mail that request have been submitted.please help me solve the issue.
