Enter Assignments and allow field workers to choose them when they become available

Question

I am not sure if this topic has been discussed or not. Is there anyway to allow the field worker to pick the assignment. For example, when dig safe requests come in through the mail. could dispatcher post them to workforce and allow field users to pick them when they become free. If that is an option I would love to know how.

@DanielTringale this is on our Roadmap is support once Workforce is integrated with Field Maps; but until then, no, there is no support for this in Workforce.
