I authored a survey that has a shared update group containing users who edit surveys after they've been submitted, either by the public or by other group members. All the group members are the same User Type and Role (Creator and Publisher).
Everything was working fine until yesterday, when some users (only 2 out of 19 in the shared update group) were no longer able to edit surveys submitted by others. They assure me they were able to add attachments and make changes to surveys last week.
The rest of the users are still able edit surveys created by others, but these 2 users cannot. They get the error stating that the survey can't be edited because it was created by someone else.
Does this ring any bells for anyone?
