This is probably an easy question since I haven't seen a solution posted. We are adding street segments and have a number of dynamic value expressions configured. When we split a street, we do not want to trigger the expressions since the split rules will be overwritten and we will lose the existing street attributes. When we add a new segment, we want the dynamic values expressions to be applied. The create flag is set to true and the other fields set to false. Any help would be appreciated.
