Can't convert a value of type 'java.lang.String to Integer

Hello Everyone,

I am facing the problem when submitting the survey form using web. A message popup "Can't convert a value of type 'java.lang.String to Integer". Is there a way to check the field / question having the issue. Please suggest. A Snapshot of the issue is given below.
