Is there an event that captures when the data source of a layer in the map gets changed?

ArcGIS.Desktop.Mapping.Events.MapMemberPropertiesChangedEvent

event hints Any + DataSource.

MapMemberPropertiesChangedEventArgs.MapMembers had the changed layer entered twice. Presumably once for each hint.
