List Action to show pop-up removed?

Question

We recently upgraded to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1, and I am reconfiguring a Dashboard in the new version.  In the previous version of dashboards, in a List element, there was an action to show pop-up that you could target the web map with.  That option appears to be gone in the new version -- was this implemented a different way? Or do we no longer have the ability to configure this?

Got it. I wasn't aware Enterprise apps were much different from AGOL.

Also note this is the Portal/Enterprise version of Dashboards and not ArcGIS Online.

It is possible from the list's settings > Actions > Show Pop-Up.
