Sidebar Edit Tool not Available

Hi, I'm trying to use the Sidebar Instant App but the edit tool is not available. My hosted feature layer has editing enabled. What am I missing? Thanks!

I figured it out. I had to turn off the express setup in order to access the sidebar options, where I was able to turn the editing tool on.
