authorization error

I am trying to create a new app in GeoBim, but I receive an error page. I followed the steps on Authorizing Forge Platform for BIM 360 app and Enable ArcGIS GeoBIM for my organization. I was able to open GeoBIM and create a New Project but not a new app. I am still trying to figure this out.

Note on error resolution: The above error occurred when an Admin on the Autodesk account clicked on the Open link in their Autodesk App Integration page to open the associated link to ArcGIS GeoBIM. This link sends the user to https://arcgis.com/apps/geobim/ and causes the login error at this time.

If any user experiences this login error, please head to your ArcGIS Online login page, enter your username credentials, open the app launcher, and select the ArcGIS GeoBIM icon to begin working.

Hi, thanks for the response. I was opening the GeoBIM application through BIM360 and it was not working. When I open the GeoBIM application in my Esri organization it worked. I was able to create a project in GeoBIM. Now I am spending time on testing and figuring out how GeoBIM application works.

Hi @EricHermoso can you let us know a little bit more about your workflow? Which part of the GeoBIM interface were you using when this error was triggered? For example, did this appear on the App page when clicking on the "Create New+" button or is it occurring elsewhere? What were the steps you were doing that provided the prompt to show up?
