Is it possible to modify legend labels for a layer when you choose a theme such as "Above and Below" within Counts and Amounts? Within the legend I want to add a label to the central value and dollar symbols to all values (just like Esri has done with this layer https://geo.maps.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=45ede6d6ff7e4cbbbffa60d34227e462). However I don't see any way to change legend labels unless I classify data.
