Data Interoperability error while unpacking software

Hi, I am running ArcGIS Pro 2.9.2. I am trying to get Data Interoperability working. I have downloaded it from MyESRI, however, when I try to run the .exe file, I get an error message while unpacking the files (Error code: 2147024784). I have tried 5 times now with now luck. Same error message.

I have run as admin and changed the permissions of the Downloads folder that the software was downloaded to.

Any suggestions?

That looks like the file didn't download properly, we should have a better error message that does a checksum.  Try downloading again, if it still fails open a support call.
